REMEDIAL MASSAGE

A skilled massage therapist can use remedial massage to help your body in many different ways. Remedial massage is a deep massage specifically designed to help those with injuries or muscular-skeletal disorders. The treatment focuses on the soft tissues in the body including the tendons, ligaments, fascia, muscles and skin. Chronic pain and injuries often benefit greatly from a deep tissue massage like remedial massage, which can help speed recovery from injury and encourage healing.
Your massage therapist will use his or her fingers, hands, elbows, and forearms to manipulate your soft tissue in a therapeutic manner. This treatment achieves everything from boosting circulation and joint functionality to helping with relaxation.
Remedial massage in Brisbane is aimed at providing relief to those suffering from injuries and muscular-skeletal disorders. By focusing on the soft tissues of the body, the massage promotes healing process and speeds up recovery.
