Emma Pumfrey is a Bachelor Qualified Naturopath with extensive postgraduate study completed in Nutrition, holding a decades experience within the natural health industry and over 7 years of personal client care. 

She is passionate about the combination of herbal medicine and nutrition, believing that setting up the correct baselines for health is essential to give you long lasting results. Emma is passionate about skin health and female hormonal health.

In Emma's Experience...

Being a mum of two young children she is extremely invested in working with woman during all stages of their journey to motherhood; working with preconception care, alongside fertility challenges, IVF/IUI, pregnancy support and postnatal care. This extends out to supporting infants and toddlers in the crucial early years of development.

What your consultation with Emma will be...

Within clinic Emma utilises herbal and nutritional supplementation as well as a combination of dietary and lifestyle recommendations. Within your consultation she may refer for additional pathology testing or review current blood test results you have had through your GP to gain a thorough understanding of your current biochemistry and any hidden puzzle pieces found within these tests.

Your initial appointment with Emma will be a thorough review of current concerns with a thorough treatment plan provided via email after your appointment so you have all the information you need to start making changes and taking action to support your health goals. From there 4-8 week appointments are recommended to assess pathology changes, symptom changes and responsiveness to your treatment plan with direct email support with Emma being available to you between your appointments.
