Boost your fertility with this delicious fig smoothie.
So can a Fig Smoothie really help boost your fertility? Unfortunately today Fertility Issues can be quite a common struggle for many couples. The good news is there is plenty of amazing support including Natural Therapies that can help boost your Fertility.
The first thing you want to focus on when trying to boost your Fertility is to eat foods that are rich in antioxidants. Antioxidants (particularly folate and zinc) can help improve and increase fertility for both males and females. Free radicals can damage the cells in our bodies, including the cells of both eggs and sperm, antioxidants can help protect these cells from free radicals and help prevent damage.
Figs are an amazing fruit that you will want to ensure you include as part of your diet, particularly if you’re planning to fall pregnant (or struggling to as the case may be). They are bursting with amazing antioxidants and are rich in a wide variety of vitamins and minerals all of which will support increasing your Fertility. Figs for men can help increase sperm count and motility while for females they can help support any hormone imbalances or irregular cycles.
A nourishing, well-balanced diet with plenty of vibrant, fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables will go a long way in setting you up for not only creating a happy healthy baby but growing one also.
If you are planning on falling pregnant or struggling to do so we would love the opportunity to support you and be a part of your journey.
