At Brisbane Livewell Clinic, we strive to provide the highest level of service and care to our patients.
To ensure that we can accommodate all patients and maintain an efficient schedule, we have established the following Cancellation Policy:
1. Notice Requirement
Patients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a consultation. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients in need of our services.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent, which may be up to the full consultation fee amount
3. No-Shows (same day)
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment (and who don’t provide us with prior notice) will be charged the full consultation fee.
4. Possible Credit
Once you have paid, our Practitioners may, at their discretion, credit you back some of the payment you made towards your next consultation.
5. Illness
If you are unwell, our Practitioners offer phone or ZOOM appointments for your convenience and continued health management. Just call Reception on (07) 3861 5881 and they will convert the consultation to an online/phone consultation for you.
6. Payment of Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees will be applied to your account and must be settled prior to scheduling any future consultations at Brisbane Livewell Clinic.
By booking a consultation with us, you agree to adhere to this Cancellation Policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best care possible.
We will always SMS you the day before your treatment to remind you about appointment, so please call us or message us then to re-schedule or cancel your appointment. We would like to avoid charging you any cancellation fees, so we greatly appreciate your co-operation.
