Creamy Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Coconut yogurt
  • 1 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 Cup Coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp Hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp Honey or maple syrup for vegan
  • 1 Cup Blueberries

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients EXCEPT for the blueberries to a large mixing bowl. Gently mix until well combined.
  • Divide the mixture between four mason jars.
  • Top each jar with an even amount of blueberries. Secure the lid and place jars in the fridge.
  • Chill for at least 4 – 6 hours, preferably overnight before serving.
