Creamy Blueberry Overnight Oats
A delicious, healthy way to start your day
- 1 Cup Coconut yogurt
- 1 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
- 2 Cup Coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp Hemp seeds
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter
- 4 tbsp Honey or maple syrup for vegan
- 1 Cup Blueberries
Add all ingredients EXCEPT for the blueberries to a large mixing bowl. Gently mix until well combined.
Divide the mixture between four mason jars.
Top each jar with an even amount of blueberries. Secure the lid and place jars in the fridge.
Chill for at least 4 – 6 hours, preferably overnight before serving.
