A delicious twist on a classic healthy dip
- 400 gm Canned chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 Garlic clove
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Tahini
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ Avocado pitted and skin removed
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Lg Carrots peeled and cut in to sticks
Add all the hummus ingredients into a food processor or blender. Mix on high speed, scraping down sides occasionally until it is a creamy, paste consistency.
Serve with carrot sticks (or preferred vegetable stick).
