  • HICAPS is available for instant claims on selected services.
  • If you have a chronic health condition and a GP Management Plan or Team Care Arrangement, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates for Clinical Nutrition services and some other Allied Health services.
  • Concession rates apply to selected services only.

Payments & Cancellations

  • We accept EFTPOS, Credit Cards, Direct Bank Transfer, and cash.
  • At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee.
  • Missed appointments with no contact on the date of your consultation are charged at the full consultation rate.
  • Packages are valid for 12 months from purchase.
