Rheanna Pankhurst – Clinic Manager at our Wavell Heights Clinic
Rheanna Pankhurst manages Brisbane Livewell Clinic (Wavell Heights) with a focus on patient experience and operational excellence. She ensures appointments, Practitioner schedules and communication all flow seamlessly, so each patient receives the care and attention they need.
Rheanna brings strong organisational skills and a genuine commitment to making health care approachable and stress-free. She supports Practitioners and patients alike, helping maintain the Clinic’s warm and professional environment.
Her local knowledge and approachable nature make her a valued point of contact for both new and returning patients at our Wavell Heights Clinic.
Michelle Verna – Clinic Manager at our Cannon Hill Clinic
Michelle Verna leads Brisbane Livewell Clinic (Cannon Hill) with care, efficiency and a practical approach to patient service. She oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring each appointment runs on time and every patient feels supported from booking through to follow-up.
Michelle works closely with the Practitioners to maintain smooth communication and a well-organised schedule across all modalities. Her proactive management style helps keep the Clinic calm and coordinated, even during the busiest days.
She’s known for her professionalism and dedication to making each patient’s visit comfortable and well-organised. As our longest-running team member, Michelle is a key part of our Clinic’s culture and continuity, with deep knowledge of our systems, patients and Practitioners.
Meet Our Receptionists and Administration Team
Our Reception and Administration team are the first voices you hear when calling and the friendly faces who greet you when you arrive. They handle bookings, payments, reminders and patient correspondence with efficiency and warmth.
Each member of our Reception staff is trained to help you find the right service, understand your Wellness Plan and connect with the Practitioner who best fits your needs. They keep our Northside Brisbane and Brisbane Southside Clinics running smoothly behind the scenes while ensuring every patient interaction feels personal and caring.
