Megan is a passionate and client-focused Clinical Nutritionist located in Brisbane, Queensland.

With a Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Nutrition and a Diploma of Health Science in Naturopathy, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to support patients on their wellness journeys.

With a strong belief that nourishing the body with real, whole foods is the foundation of vibrant health, Megan takes a holistic approach that goes beyond diet. Her practice focuses on balance, sustainable habits, and supporting overall well-being.

Megan focuses in particular on gut health, hormonal balance, reproductive health, and overall vitality. Whether patients seek to improve digestion, boost energy, support fertility, or simply feel their best every day, Megan provides practical, tailored solutions.

Megan works closely with blood tests and functional diagnostics to help uncover underlying health issues. She takes time to explain each patient’s results clearly, with a focus on complex cases, and uses practitioner-only supplements and customised herbal formulas to support effective outcomes.
