This means more food is utilised and turned into energy. Your body will also feel healthy and less fatigued. Try replacing beverages and other drinks with water. Soda can contribute to weight gain because of high sugar content. Choosing water instead will have a bonus of boosting metabolism.
3. Whole grains > white flour
Whole grain and low sugar options are better. Sugar can result in weight gain, so it is sensible to give it up. Whole-grain foods have a high fibre content.
