Jenny was so impressed with her very first Bowen treatment and amazed at the effectiveness of the treatment, she commenced training to become a Bowen therapist and has never looked back. Her passion is helping others. Bowen Therapy is a soft tissue therapy, restoring balance via the autonomic nervous system.  It is a dynamic holistic treatment that treats the whole person, aims to treat the cause of problems rather than the symptom.  It uses the body’s innate healing ability to deliver signals to the nervous system to specific locations and the body does the rest to start the healing process. The Bowen technique was created by the late Thomas Bowen from Geelong Australia in the 1950s.

Cherry Lam is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD), with a Master of Dietetic Studies and a Bachelor of Nutrition Science. Cherry is passionate about delivering patient-centred care with a holistic approach. Her main areas of interest include plant-based nutrition, mental health, disordered eating/ eating disorders, intuitive eating and chronic disease management. Cherry is bilingual and can speak fluent Cantonese and accept clients who prefer speaking in Cantonese. As a dietitian, Cherry’s goal is to help clients develop non-restrictive, sustainable diet/lifestyle changes that will benefit them in the long-run. Healthy eating may seem difficult to a lot of people, and Cherry aims to make healthy living accessible by delivering easy-to-understand education, and providing a diet plan that tailor-made for you.

Formally trained in Remedial, Sports and Relaxation massage, Kelly’s goal is to assist clients in reaching their optimum health and wellbeing. She believes that we live our lives to our maximum potential when our mind, body and soul is nurtured. Therapeutic massage is an integral part of achieving this.

Also trained in pre and post-natal massage, Kelly is passionate about the benefits of Pregnancy Massage and can also include infant massage instruction. She feels so blessed to have the opportunity to positively impact on lives from the very beginning.

Kelly ensures her Pregnancy massage takes into consideration the special needs of pregnant women.  There are special approaches and techniques that are used for pregnancy massage that can help expecting mothers with everything from back pain to hip pain, leg pain and more, helping to feel both relieved and relaxed after your treatment.

Kelly is also skilled for the popular Indian Head Massage. A treatment based on old Ayurvedic techniques, involving work on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. It helps reduce stress, fatigue, and eyestrain, increase mental clarity, relaxes and rejuvenates the receiver.

Michael McCloskey is a highly trained and experienced kinesiologist. Michael was drawn to the field of kinesiology over 20 years ago after experiencing first-hand its power for healing. He trained under one of Brisbane’s leading practitioners, Danny Liddell and has been dedicated to healing people ever since.
Michael is a certified expert in Neural Integration and control and has a special interest in treating children’s learning difficulties, chronic pain in the elderly and stress.

Naturopath, Nutritionist & Medical Herbalist – Jen considers herself to be an Integrative Naturopath, having been mentored by some of the best practitioners in the country. She spent 3 years in a very busy practice specialising in thyroid conditions. Gut Issues and SIBO is one of Jen’s specialities. In 2017, Jen  gained 6 months experience with Dr Nirala Jacobi, Australia’s leading expert in the field.  Jen participated in her testing lab, sat in on her consults and greatly benefited from her mentoring. Jen continues to successfully treat patients for SIBO and related gut issues. Jen is familiar with a range of subsequent health concerns and has a special interest in reproductive health including infertility. She is passionate about working with women and couples in the preconception care period.

Emma is a Bachelor Qualified Naturopath. Emma is passionate about skin health and female hormonal health. Being a mum of two young children she is extremely invested in working with woman during all stages of their journey to motherhood; working with preconception care, pregnancy support and postnatal care “the fourth trimester”.
