- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon peppermint leaves
- Bring water to the boil in a saucepan.
- Remove from the heat and add peppermint leaves and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
- Strain tea into a teacup and enjoy.
Note: You can swap peppermint for spearmint leaves.
